Overflowing dumpsters don’t just appear overnight. Most of the time, it begins when too much trash is tossed in all at once, especially during home clean-outs, yard work, or renovation projects.
Another common cause is missed or delayed trash pickup. When that happens, garbage quickly piles up. On top of that, large items like old furniture or broken appliances, things that aren’t meant for standard dumpsters take up extra space.
And let’s not forget about illegal dumping. Sadly, it’s pretty common for others to sneak their trash into your bin, which fills it up much faster than expected.
