We’ve got some exciting news to share! Bay Hauling has been named the Northern Region Business of the Year by the California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (CHCC). Winning the Business of the Year Award is something we never imagined when we started Bay Hauling. But here we are, recognized by such an important organization as the CHCC. This award was given to us during their annual statewide convention in Bakersfield, California. Each year, this event brings together Hispanic business owners, executives, and community leaders from all over the state—and even beyond. It’s a place where people come to share ideas, build partnerships, and celebrate success.
For us, this award is more than just a title. It’s proof that the hard work we put into serving our community is paying off. Juan Vallejos, the owner of Bay Hauling, was honored to accept the award on behalf of the team. During his speech, Juan thanked our loyal customers and hardworking staff, saying that this recognition reflects the trust and support we receive from the community. That’s something we never take for granted.
The California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (CHCC) plays a big role in supporting Hispanic businesses like ours. They connect over 120 local and regional Hispanic Chambers of Commerce across the state, and they work to provide resources and opportunities to help businesses grow. Every year at their convention, members can attend workshops, network with others, and share best practices. Being part of this larger community has been incredibly helpful for us, giving us the chance to learn and connect.
As we celebrate this award, we’re also thinking about the future. At Bay Hauling, we’re always looking for ways to improve and expand.
